UK MAINLAND ONLY
How do I order items for UK delivery?
Simply browse our online shop and add your items to the cart. At the cart select Nationwide UK Delivery.
How much do you charge for UK delivery?
For orders of less than £100 the delivery charge is £15. For orders of £100 and above delivery is £7.50. Delivery is FREE for orders of £150 and above.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and other remote locations?
Additional charges may be apply for delivery to non-mainland UK and remote areas including Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
If you require delivery to one of these areas please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
When do you deliver, and how long will my order take to arrive?
Our nationwide deliveries take place Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends.
Orders placed before midday will usually be delivered within 1-2 days. Orders placed after midday will usually take 2 days to arrive. Orders placed on a Friday may not arrive until the following Tuesday.
Can I select a specific date or time slot for my delivery?
Unfortunately we are not currently able to provide an option to select a delivery date or time slot.
Can I track my order?
Our nationwide delivers are sent via APC couriers. Orders can be tracked on APC’s website using their parcel tracking page.
What happens if I‘m not in when my delivery arrives?
How will you package my order to keep it fresh?
We use insulated foil lined boxes with ice packs to ensure your order remains chilled and fresh while on its way to you.
What other options do you provide for receiving online orders?
As well as Nationwide Deliveries, we have a Local Delivery service using our own vans and drivers. Local Delivery is available to customers in Sheffield, Barnsley and Rotherham.
We offer Click & Collect too if you’d prefer to collect your order from our Fox Valley, or Hillsborough shops.
