Seven Hills Beef, Pork & Lamb
Seven Hills beef is matured onsite for added flavour and tenderness. This includes a wide range of steaks such as Sirloin, Rump, Fillet, Rib Eye and T Bone – plus the full selection of traditional joints like Top Side, Silverside, Sirloin and Brisket.
There is always a choice of seasonal products such as Spring Lamb – if you are stuck for ideas just ask a member of our team for advice on what to buy and how to cook it.
Poultry & Speciality Meats
John Crawshaws take the same care and attention to quality and provenance with our Chicken (which is bought in Sheffield) and speciality meats as we do with our Seven Hills range. Customers can choose from having a whole bird for the family meal or packs of other cuts such as Turkey Butterfly, breast, crown and legs to cook as they wish.
We also supply a wide range of speciality and seasonal meats such as Venison, Veal, Guinea Fowl, Duck, Goose and Pheasant to help the home chefs keep their meals fresh and interesting and the family coming back for more.
Cooked Meats & Pies
We are proud of the wide range of award winning food that’s produced in our state of the art production kitchen at our Stocksbridge HQ. Amongst the many great things that come from the kitchen each day are Pork and other speciality pies, quiches, pasties, scotch eggs, sausage rolls and much more!
In addition, we also serve a wide range of home-cooked meats such as Ham, Beef, Pork, Turkey, home cooked Ox Tongue and pressed Jerk Chicken. If you are looking for a tasty and protein packed sandwich filler then you must try our ever popular Beef Spread.
Sausages, Bacon & Burgers
Our range of burgers, sausages, bacon and other prepared meat cuts are perennial favourites with cooks and diners alike. All our shops will always have a selection of traditional styles and flavours but keep your eye out for the seasonal and speciality flavour combinations that our talented team regularly come up with.
Bacon – all our bacon is traditionally dry cured (we call it “bacon like it used to be”) and our smoked bacon is cured in traditional smoke houses for a superior taste.
Sausages – traditional Pork and Cumberland are always popular, as are our much loved tomato sausages – but you can also try our 2016 award winners Honey Roast Pork or Pork with Cracked Black Pepper.
Burgers – we know burgers come into their own at barbeque time but whatever the weather our Porterhouse Steak Burger will never let you down. Keep your eye out for seasonal specials such as Christmas Turkey and Cranberry burgers!
